Make a New Folder named CON , can you make it ?

An Indian discovered that nobody can create a FOLDER anywhere on the computer which can be named as "CON".
This is something pretty cool...and unbelievable...
At Microsoft the whole Team, including Bill Gates, couldn't answer why this happened!



The reason why "con" cant be used as folder or file name because "con" means "console".
It means you are redirecting whatever is entered into the console back into the console(like a mirror).
So, nothing enters it and everything bounces.
To understnad this more properly, open command prompt and type "copy con con".

But, after reading this tutorial, you will be able to create con folder or any other folder with any name.
Follow these simple Steps :
Step 1: Make a new folder.
Step 2: Select all text of the folder, i.e. "new folder", delete it
Step 3: Now hold ALT, dont leave ALT, now type 0160, now you can leave ALT
Step 4: Now type any name, like con, prn, nul, etc and hit enter, your folder will get created with no error...
Its the simple way.
